Curriculum

Children are walking galaxies, thinking animals, breathing planets. Our curriculum based on the CBSE guidelines is loaded with experiential and real life learning experiences that will strengthen this world within the child.
Our curriculum and pedagogies focus on the KID BEFORE THE CONTENT.
The curriculum at TKA caters to the individual learning, growth and needs of the child. It is framed in such a way that the child learns at his / her own pace and still succeeds. It focuses on developing the scholastic and co scholastic aspects through an integrated approach using a variety of tools.
Foundational Stage
Nursery – Sr. Kg Literacy, Numeracy, The world around us and Hindi.
Class I – II English, Hindi, Marathi, Mathematics, EVS and Computers
Preparatory Stage
Class III – V English, Hindi, Marathi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computers , Financial Literacy
Class VI – VIII English, Hindi, Marathi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computers , Financial Literacy.
Class IX – X English, Hindi,Marathi, Mathematics ( Core / Extended ), Science, Social Studies ,Computers, Financial Literacy.
Assessment and Record Keeping
Children will appear for periodic unit test and terminal examination.
Detailed information on assessment syllabus, timetable will be provided to parents well in time.
Anecdote record of each child will be maintained by the Class Teacher as well as by the Subject Teacher.
